Cleaning Technicians On-Site Supervisor

At Clean & Protect Global Solutions, we are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician Team Lead to guide and enhance our site operations. This leadership role is pivotal in fostering a safe, productive, and team-oriented environment, ensuring our services meet the highest standards of excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and mentor team members, optimizing their strengths and fostering a culture of growth and excellence. Maintain a motivated team, ensuring all members reach their full potential while adhering to our high standards and safety protocols.

• Operational Oversight: Implement and manage company systems, practices, and policies to ensure compliance with both our standards and state regulations. Oversee daily operations, including work assignments and completion documentation.

• Customer and Client Relations: Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through regular reviews and strategic alignment with client needs. Ensure our service delivery aligns seamlessly with client expectations and standards.

• Performance Management: Utilize KPIs and metrics to monitor and report on team proficiency and productivity. Identify and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Resource Management: Ensure the team is well-equipped with the necessary tools and resources. Evaluate and manage site resources to optimize financial and operational performance.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant leadership experience in facility management or janitorial services.
• Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a proven ability to manage both people and resources effectively.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of safety practices, compliance requirements, and basic financial management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with industry-specific technology and equipment.

Additional Information

• This position requires no travel
• Tools such as mops, vacuums, carts, and buckets will be provided.
