Area Manager

Job Description

Clean & Protect Global Solutions, a leader in commercial cleaning services, is seeking an Area Manager to oversee operations for assigned accounts within a key territory. The Area Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting regular quality assurance inspections, and ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained across all janitorial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a geographic territory of janitorial clients, ensuring consistent high-quality cleaning services.
• Conduct inspections of buildings for quality assurance and maintain rigorous standards.
• Maintain strong client relations through regular contact via phone and personal visits.
• Perform initial site walk-throughs with janitorial teams to onboard new clients effectively.
• Address and resolve client concerns and incidents swiftly, facilitating excellent customer service.
• Handle work orders and customer requests, ensuring timely and satisfactory responses.
• Train cleaning staff in basic and advanced cleaning procedures to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the janitorial or commercial cleaning industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and adept at managing time efficiently.
• Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and driven to achieve high standards.
• Possess strong relational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
• Reliable transportation is essential for frequent travel within the assigned territory.
